D&D Pet Foods reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove products or content, including to discontinue products, at any time without notice and without liability.

D&D Pet Foods does not guarantee that this website is free from viruses or harmful components or that its use or functions will be uninterrupted.


D&D Pet Foods is not liable for any loss or damage in respect of the goods or their use.

D&D Pet Foods will charge a $7.50 refund fee for orders placed outside our free delivery boundary.

D&D Pet Foods does not normally give refunds or exchange items if you change your mind or have made an incorrect purchase.

If D&D Pet Foods chooses to refund and or pick up unwanted goods a minimum charge of $20.00 will apply.

D&D Pet Foods will provide a refund or exchange if the goods are faulty or are not fit for their purpose or description, or as otherwise required under state or federal laws. Delivery costs are not refundable. Nothing on this website is intended to exclude any federal or state legislation.

If there is a problem with the goods you have purchased, contact D&D Pet Foods prior to returning any goods to us, and provide your details, the invoice number and a description of the problem.

Damaged or faulty goods must be notified to D&D Pet Foods within 7 days of delivery. If a fault develops after this time, you must notify us within 7 days of the fault developing. D&D Pet Foods will determine whether goods are faulty. Refund or replacement products will only be issued after the faulty item is returned and inspected be D&D Pet Foods and determined to be faulty. A product will not be considered faulty if the damage is due to wear and tear or incorrect use.

Collecting Information and Payments

D&D Pet Foods may collect information from you in order to process your purchase transaction, to take an order, to provide with information or answer your query. D&D Pet Foods does not sell or share your information with third parties, other than as required by law.

D&D Pet Foods may forward information regarding its products, specials or other relevant information to you. If you do not wish to receive such information, please let us know, or you can opt out at any time by notifying us.
We note that information provided over the internet and by email cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. If you are concerned about the safety of any information, you can call or fax us.

We use E-way payment gateway and security certificates to secure any transactions made through the website. Whilst we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the security of any transaction.
