Delivery

Delivery of products will be made by D&D Pet Foods. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct delivery details and to have someone available to accept delivery or to provide a suitable drop point .Orders must be placed before 12noon the day prior to your delivery day to allow for packing and delivery placement. Any costs associated with repeated delivery attempts will be the responsibility of the customer.  Delivery can only be made to the areas specified in the Delivery Timetable below.

Any delivery time is an estimate only. Deliveries commence at 5.00 am daily ,a suitable drop point and cooler must be allicated for all deliveries after this time.Late delivery does not constitute a failure of delivery nor entitle any person to compensation or cancellation of the order.

D&D Pet Foods is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered due to a late or failed delivery.

Delivery costs

Delivery of D&D Pet Foods cooked dog food buckets is free in the areas listed. A $3.00 deposit must be made for the bucket. For subsequent purchases, no bucket deposit will be payable if the customer returns their previous bucket in a clean and usable condition.

All other goods are delivered free to allocated areas where the total order exceeds $15.00.

Delivery is only made to the areas specified in the Delivery Timetable below. If you are not in these areas please contact to discuss alternate arrangements (we regret that cannot guarantee that we will be able to deliver to any other areas).
