Delivery
There are no deliveries on PUBLIC HOLIDAYS , if an order is placed it will arrive on your next weeks delivery day.
If an order is made online on a PUBLIC HOLIDAY for the following day it will arrive on your next weeks delivery day.
Delivery of products will be made by D&D Pet Foods. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct delivery details and to have someone available to accept delivery or to provide a suitable drop point .Orders must be placed before 12noon the day prior to your delivery day to allow for packing and delivery placement. Any costs associated with repeated delivery attempts will be the responsibility of the customer. Delivery can only be made to the areas specified in the Delivery Timetable below.
Any delivery time is an estimate only. Deliveries commence at 5.00 am daily ,a suitable drop point and cooler must be allicated for all deliveries after this time.Late delivery does not constitute a failure of delivery nor entitle any person to compensation or cancellation of the order.
D&D Pet Foods is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered due to a late or failed delivery.
We can also offer you automatic weekly, fortnightly, monthly, ect delivery of your pet food making it totally hassle free. We also offer automatic credit card debit if required. To set up simply call or email.
Delivery costs
. A $3.00 deposit must be made for the cooked food buckets.No bucket deposit will be payable if the customer returns their previous bucket in a clean and usable condition.
All other goods are delivered free to allocated areas where the total order exceeds $30.00.
Orders over $15.00 but less than $30.00 will be charged $5.00 delivery fee .
Delivery is only made to the areas specified in the Delivery Timetable below. If you are not in these areas please contact to discuss alternate arrangements (we regret that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to deliver to any other areas).$7.50 refund charge will be applicable for orders placed outside our boundary.
